Do you have experience coaching youth basketball and want to get paid to do something you love? AEF Academy is the place to be!
At AEF, we know that player development begins with their coach! We want the BEST COACHES, and we will pay for your experience! Coaches make between $15/hour – $22/hour, depending on their previous experience and number of teams they coach per season. Coaches have the opportunity to work extra hours in our Summer Camps and Academies and Small Group Lessons! We pay our coaches every other Friday, so you don’t have to wait for an end-of-season stipend!
